29 April 2012, Part 2 – Trimbakeshwar

Took a bus from Mela Bus stand  Nasik which is exactly opposite to Old Central Bus Stand (Old CBS). Instantly boarded into bus and reached Trimbak at about 9 am. It is some 35-40 minutes drive from Nasik. Started in the queue for darshan at about 9.15am…the crowd was not that much as we started early also it was Sunday…after about 1 hrs able to have the Darshan. Inside the temple Dome, it’s almost dark and security guys just pull your  hands to move forward even though you are not stopping in one place and moving constantly…might be its their habit now. As the Shivling is very down below the ground level…one can see the Shivling on the mirror which is located just above the Shivling. Also even within mirror its hard to find out 3 parts i.e. brahma, vishnu and mahesh at least I was not able to. At about 10.35-40 am we were out of the temple.
Went to visit Kushavarta pond, were people take a dip then visited Nivruttinath Maharaj Sanjivani Samadhi. Had a good darshan. Someday in monsoons, intended to visit BrahmaGiri, as in monsoons, the whole area is green…as temple area is all surrounded high hills. Started at 12.30 from Trimbak and reached to Nasik by 1pm
